AccuAir complete kit! Air install questions-step by step

Well for over a year now I have been working on getting my car bagged. Its getting close people!
As you can see from what I just recieved today I am 1 step closer. Technically I have all the parts needed (and then some) but I want to try and sell the Easy Street bags (front and back) and get UAS kit with koni struts. (dont ask me why i changed my mind I didnt this was given to me for free, ITS BRAND NEW)
Have you guys seen this accuair setup? ABSOLUTELY SICK!!!
First off let me set this up by saying I know about cars, I change my brakes, I do all the small stuff, im 100% a novice. SO I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE INSTALLING BAGS. NONE! I am going to document every step of the way how easy or hard this installs going to be.
List of things I have
AccuAir Touch pad E-leveling system
AccuAir VU4 Solenoid Valves
AccuAir Wireless Remote
2 Viair 480's
2 AZ OB2 the new ones (im gonna sell)
EasyStreet Struts and bags front and rear (im gonna sell and get UAS)
5 Gallon chrome tank 9 ports 4 1/2inch 5 3/8ths (i know its too much)
1 AZ air pressure gauge white with sensor (im gonna sell)
1 Dakota Digital Quad gauge with 5 sensors (im gonna sell)
All the fittings
3/8ths air hose.

The Accuair Wireless Remote is on its way! (pic coming)
so guys bare with me. I am slowly going to start wiring and plumbing the hoses. So I am sure I am going to come across questions on how to do this and that... and I hope this helps other rookies out if they ever decide to do thier own bag install.

ok so Step 1 (WHERE TO PLACE EVERYTHING) and i have a question. is there a particular way to mount the compressors? does it matter where they go in the trunk? how hot does the hose from the compressor get?

there are 3 options here and id like to know what the pros think of the setup. THANKS.
1)

2)

3)

I like #3 but that hose from the compressor is close to the battery (hence the question about how hot it gets.

I gotta say because of the AccuAir valve setup everything is SOOOO compact. No wrestling with valve placement NOTHING! To me that was the most confusing thing about air suspension.

Just to clarify the setup, the 2 NPT 3/8th connectors in the front of the tank will go into the IN connectors on the AccuAir Valve setup. the 2 braided compressor hoses will go to each side of the tank (middle port). the AccuAir sensor will go into the left side top port. Is there anything I am missing?

You should look at the Slam Specialties new front and rear kit while you are at it
Accuair is the best around
I have the Touch pad and Key Fob remote in my own car

The Slam Kit rides better and has higher load rating
Its also US made not Chinese like the Easy Street kit

I have pics I can send you on where to mount the Accuair rotary sendors if you want
PM your email address

Thanks 300climo for the info man! I agree with you on the Accuair setup. Cant believe the quality of the products they are incredible, im sure it will last forever! I am actually planning on selling the easystreet setup and getting the Universal Air bags. I would love to see where the height sensors go that would help big time! But I cant PM you. I guess your PM is disabled.

The slam rear kit is boss. I really want to see how they managed to stuff a re6 back there with no rubbing at any height. Up front on the other hand I think their setup is leaving something to be desired. I want to see the travel in motion. Typically a strut pivots and twists as you turn the wheel and the car travels. They way they have it constrained leads me to believe the stresses are being transferred elsewhere. I would be all over this kit like white on rice if I had a limo an needed the load rating. Actually scratch that if I had a limo and needed the lifting power and load rating I would go with juice.

The strut itself does not twist as it is separate to the spindle so there is no issue there

The angle change thru up and down is handled by the central pivot and doesn't cause any issues from what I can see

Juice isn't really a option due to its reliability for daily use
Limos do lots of miles and bags will always last longer and have less maintenance and mess
Plus Hydros are not street legal down under

The strut moves with the lower arm and if you cycle the suspension or turn the wheel you will see the strut move with the control arm. The lower "control arm" itself doesn't move in a linear fashion. The slam kit moves in a very linear fashion. It is righdly mounted to the inner fender, then connected from the fender mount to the "strut body" with a fork shaped mount and then this is connected to the lca. If the LCA moves all over the place naturally but the mount that ties the "strut assembly" to the car is rigid some stress is being focused elsewhere and if its significant enough it will cause other components to fail.

The setup is designed to mimmic a typical truck setup but we have other links that move the suspension funny. If you want to discuss this more shoot me a pm so Im not filling up Dove's post. Other then doing medical device design engineering I dabble in suspension design.

just came in - remote control system, one harness plugs into the ECU with the provided wire (basically splices into the Touchpad control wire) remote has 4 buttons, #1 for low #2 for normal drive, #3 for high and last is pancake. Wire install is gonna happen this weekend.

It all depends on what your looking to do with it. I prefer UAS's front suspension but the slam specialties designed rear suspension with koni shocks instead of the ones they supply. Install is about the same with all kits and reliability is how well your install is done.

Are you looking to keep this on year round because up here in MA you will run into some issues in the cold weather. I still need to post some shots of me plowing snow around springfield this winter.
