So my only options locally is to order a re-man rack with the inners already assembled

They can get inners for the 5.7 but not the 3.5 (rock auto shows the same part number but it clearly says 5.7 on the inner tie rod part number even on the 3.5 page )

Any options or advice? Even on the web I am having a hard time tracking down parts and since these numbers seem to be so vague I am afraid of ordering the wrong parts to fit my car.
