Inner tie rods...where do I get them?

Okay I have a bad inner tie rod on the driver side (on a 2005 3.5 touring) and NO one locally can get them for me. The Chrysler dealership is backordered 150+ units ....wtf mate !

So my only options locally is to order a re-man rack with the inners already assembled

They can get inners for the 5.7 but not the 3.5 (rock auto shows the same part number but it clearly says 5.7 on the inner tie rod part number even on the 3.5 page )

Any options or advice? Even on the web I am having a hard time tracking down parts and since these numbers seem to be so vague I am afraid of ordering the wrong parts to fit my car.

looking thru the parts manual I don't see that the inners can be sourced separately, only the outers.. you got a part number?

I had my rack replaced 2 weeks ago, does this mean my inners are new but the outers are old on my ride?

So, I should look into changing the outer tie rods in my case?

Yikes, I hope I don't have to do the whole rack just for inners

I know the local Chrysler dealership told me the inner tie rods can be ordered but they are HEAVILY back ordered right now.

I tried rockauto but when you go to list the inner part number is gives you the moog part number for the 5.7 and it actually says 5.7 in the description so I don't know if they will work (I know the Chrysler dealership told me the part number between the 3.5 and 5.7 tie rods is infact different but unfortunately I did not get any part numbers from Chrysler)

This Mopar inner tie rod part number is floating around the internet.

68028824AB (AWD)
68028831AB (RWD)

Here is a link to someone selling a inner/outer tie rod combo.

Chrysler 300 Tie Rods (Inner & Outer):eBay Motors (item 190310767926 end time Jun-03-09 1056 PDT)

Even though there may be different part numbers for the different models, the the inner/outer and racks are all the same. These parts will fit the touring/5.7 and SRT8.

Someone posted these Moog part numbers that can be bought on Rockauto.com.

inners EV80702
outers ES3571
