Sway Bar / Suspension. Need Help

Hi all. I am think about buying set of sway bars for my srt8.
Can you guys give me some tips if sway bars are worth buying and which brand to go with?

Besides lowering the car and changing the struts what other suspension modifications will help? Does strut tower bar help cuz the car already comes with one? Are subframe connectors worth doing?

Thank You

Mike

I am quite sure there are many here that can help, and I know SMosher is quite experienced in this area. Hopefully he will chime in. GL.

as far as i knew, hotchkis is the only sway bars you can get. those are the ones i ordered, along with the KW V2's. another thing ive heard that can make a big difference, is all the suspension bushings. especially in the 300, since they use very soft ones.

peddeling

Pedders rock for quality but are priced high.

These cars don't have subframe connectors and don't need 'em. The only subframe is in the rear, and Pedders makes the bushings to tie it all down.

While the front may look like a strut it's really not. And your factory fronts are Bilstein already, a pretty good name to start with.

KW V2's get my vote. Lots of happy owners, and they're adjustable.

if you feel less than confident about this as a DIY job then you are correct.

I wouldn't tackle this unless you were very experienced at suspension work.

The best bushings in the world won't be worth a crap if not installed correctly.
