Need some help with Difference between V6 and V8 lowering springs

I am looking at lowering my 300 base. I have a set of new SRT front struts with springs and rear shocks but no rear springs. I know these will bolt right in, but if I want to lower it more should I get springs for the V6 or the V8? Are the springs for the V8 for just for the weight of the engine? Would putting the V8 springs actually lift my car being that the engine is lighter? Will the V6 springs fit onto the SRT struts as well?
Just looking for some advice before I spend the money.

Pedders offers a variety of drop coils, and makes no difference if it is V6 or V8. But if you are putting Nivomats on the back, you will be limited to just 1 coil.

You should check out our Pedders Touring package!!
