For sure! I had two 380s in my cavy and burnt my hands on them a couple times Funny you mentioned JoAnns, I just stopped there on my lunch break and found the perfect fabric. It was in their Utility Fabric section. Its "Craft Felt 72'' Charcoal" It was 4.99/yrd and the yards are 72" wide!

Hope it matches the trunk when I take it home to the 300 tonight!

Here's a pic from their website:

Just to let you know man I have the exact same kit on mine and just some friendly advice on things I learned from personal experiences. The rear bags will rub the control arms if you raise it past 110 psi and will eventually bust I have already busted 2. But other than that I havent had to many problems out of it. Those digital valves are really bad for sticking and leak just slightly in cold weather. Just a few things to watch out for and expect but its really fast and fun to play with enjoy.

It does mention to never run the rear bag over 100psi right on the bag itself.

And I also run the exact same set up in my truck (minus bags, but same manifold blocks, guage etc..etc..in -30c in Canada winter and +30c in the summer and never had any sticking or leaking issues with that set up)

You might have some teflon tape that came loose and is trapped in your block somewhere.

UAS and slam both let you run the bag to full lock w/o rubbing.

Did you check the alignment of the bags at all levels during the install? I read the install manuals and it says to rotate the brackets until there is no rubbing? If it rubs at all you need to realign the brackets. One of the diagrams shows the alignment.

I can't imagine they would manufacture a kit that rubs on the control arm. That doesn't make any sense. Guess I will find out when I install them. Sure as hell wont be driving it if it rubs though. lol.

They rub because the bag expands out too much because its too big. @ 110 psi you will be slamming your wheel into the inner fender with 2 people in the back seat.

Almost finished the carpeting the spare tire well last night before it got dark. I have one piece I need to cut and install on the bottom to clean everything up. I got all the sides done, that was the hardest part.

I basically just used 4 sections of fabric, one for each wall. The last one will be the floor piece that cleans everything up. I used Loctite Heavy Duty Spray Adhesive. That stuff is key, I would recommend it to anyone that's going to be doing this!

Here are the pics:

I will post finished pictures tonight, or tomorrow morning!! And maybe begining pictures of the install!

Each kit will have a different ride height at a different PSI since the airlift brackets are slightly taller than UAS's brackets, so 110 on the airlift kit will be riding higher than a UAS kit.

And those bags are not too big there is just more room for movement in those brackets which need to be aligned properly...if they are aligned properly they won't rub anything.

The arc the bag travels on is pretty fixed. The variables between bags are diameter and lift. A bag can lift as high as another but have a smaller OD which will keep it from rubbing. The other way to do this is to severely offset the bag mounts like slam did to fit their RE6 in the rear. I also understand PSI will vary between bags because of the volume of the bag itself. This year makes the 9th year ive been on air.

Yea we have moved the bag to either side as far as possible but still have the save issue with rubbing. I have looked at the slam specialties kit and that would probably be my next move if I have any more problems out of them. As far as the leaking and sticking I have took the valves apart and used white lightning on all the seals but still having the same problem. With the front I have the problem on leaking in the cold and with sticking it's the back dont really know what else to do.
