Routine maintenance

My wife's 2005 Limited is approaching the 100k mile mark and the front end is starting to develop a slight knocking noise especially when the car has 4 passengers in it. I've read many other threads here about front end problems, especially the sway bar bushings, and other than that I was hoping for some recommendations on what else I should go ahead and change at this point on the front and rear suspension.

It sounds like one of the ball joints are getting bad but I'm hoping it's a bad shock or a shock mount. My luck usually isn't that good!

Thanks
