Coilover ????

So, I was going to just do springs, but I'd be happier with coilovers. I know what they do and how they work. Here's my question: some of you (simmans82, Hemmissey, etc...) that are pretty low and on coils, what do you use and why.

I found these D2 coilovers http://www.octanemotorsports.com/product_info.php?products_id=19649&cPath=4098#goog lebase
Company (d2) is legit but price makes me weary. By pic and description, everything i want is there, but again, they're so cheap. Any imput on what and why is great.

I'm well aware of KW V2's (actually my 1st choice) and Pedders (seem to be great) and that's what I was saving up for, but these I could buy now...like today (I won't tho). So, just any imput is much appreciated.

The D2 coil overs are getting great reviews on the Bimmer and BMW forums. I'm saving up for a set myself. As for the price, I have found the same 300C D2 coilover set for about a hundred less than that, just do a search on D2 coilovers. I guess they keep their prices low by watching their overhead and not doing a lot of advertising. However they do it, it works for me!

Cool. That's what I've been finding. I'm sure their LX application is pretty new. I know they just opened up the German set recently and given that our chassis are German, I just assumed we'd get a set but I never really expected it. I think I'm gonna go with these then. I haven't really seen any bad reviews for them. Well, no INTELLIGENT bad reviews that span beyond "these suck cuz blah blah blah". lolz

Seems like a good fit for DD. I'm not tracking my car so I think I'll have to write a review when I get'em.

as far as springs go, i know the SRT8 comes a little lower than factory 300c's. when it is referring to the drop, are most talking a drop from the SRT8 factory or the 300c factory?
