Hotchkis Sway Bar Kit and Mopar Springs

Am thinking of adding the Hotchkis sway bar kit, front/rear and the Mopar Lowering springs to the ole 300C for a bit better handling and a lower stance.........anyone have any issues with either of these mods???

Any parts other than the bars and springs that are necessary to complete the project???? I won't be doing the work, just collecting the necessary pieces.
