Join the club....

There's tons of posts regarding this issue.

I've replaced/upgraded nearly every component in my front suspension and now my lower ball joints are shot to hell giving me the same "symptoms" you are experiencing now.

Yours first could be the infamous tie-rods. Get them checked out first and go from there.

the cheapest place to start is with the swaybar bushings, ive spent about $800 chasing down my front end rumble and it ended up being the two bushings (about $30 each) im a licenced mechanic and working as a service manager myself and 6 other tech's took turns chasing tha noise down... do yourself a favour and start there
p.s you could also stick a piece of rubber under the exsisting bushing bracket such as a piece of timing belt and take it for a test drive as a way to test to see if those are the problem

hope this helps

SWAY BAR BUSHINGS!!!!!! That's the place to start. Tech's will tell you tie rod ends. I had the same thing going on with my 300C and 12 bux later, it's fixed....with sway bar bushings. Me and my buddy Mike (certified Chrysler tech at a local Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership) replaced them in about 20 minutes. After which he says "Oh, it worked. Usually it's the tie rod ends." I laughed and then rolled out with no rattle. It normally starts around 35-40k on the odo.
