sway bar end link and ball joint question?

Would there be a noticeable difference if i replaced sway bar end links.im installing eibach sway bars, and thinking about going with moog end links.
would the moog end links fit with the eibachs????

also both my upper control arm ball joints(i think thats what it is)are torn/ripped.
can i just replace the bailjoint/boot or would i have to replace the entire upper control arm???

ive taken it to 2 mechanics and both told me "not to worry about it" that it wont affect anything
but im not so sure...

If your endlinks are in reasonably good condition I wouldn't think you would notice any difference.

You have to replace the entire upper control arm. The boot seals are not a serviceable part. Here is a pic of mine that got damaged during a coilover install. You can keep driving, but at some point the dirt/grime will cause the ball joint to wear out and start to clunk.
