Any time you change from the stock height, you're most likely gonna need an alignment.

i lowered mine and didnt put in a new swaybar, i believe the swaybar helps improve handling, so no need to change it out

yOU CAN lower your car using springs(less expensive and typically all that's needed) or coilovers (a good performance choice but a bigger bite out of your wallet). You will more than likely need an alignment. Your sway bar has nothing to do with ride hieght. It helps stabilize the car in turns. Ride hieght variation can do the same but from a lower/look standpoint, they don't have anything to do with each other.

As for choices....TIEN, EIBACH, PEDDERS, KW, D2 all make components to lower your car. What you go with (coils or springs) will depend on budget and intentions. Suspension, in general, is a never-ending pool of data so for more specific info, you'll need to provide more specific intentions. Hope this helps.

Oh yeah. The amount of drop will determine how out of alignment your car will be. The lower, the further out of alignment you'll be (in general).
