Whining noise when turning

I have a 06 300 AWD limited with 50k and im noise when turning left sounds like a whining or creaking. Its louder when i'm not moving fast like if i'm trying to park. My buddy who's a mechanic checked it out real fast and seems to think its my outer tie rod. Has anyone else had this problem and can help me out?

I have a simular problem, it's when i park or drive slow and turn at the same time. But mine sounds like the brakes are squeking ?

Maybe same problem ?

"Whining" more like power steering pump or steering rack & pinion.

"Squeking" more like tierods ends or suspension components. Maybe even the rubber of the tires.
