Question Control arm bushing or the whole control arm?

The bushing on my passenger side lower control arm is cracked. Just wodering can you get replacement bushings or your have to change out the whole control arm. I have read previous postings but still have questons?

Can you just change the bushing, if you can how would you go about pressing in the bushing do you need a special tool.

Bushing part number ??

If the lower passenger side control arm has to be changed does someone know that part number. I like to do the replacement myself if possible. What is the best solution to this problem?

Lower passenger side control arm part number??

Replace the whole arm

I find that you are best to replace the whole arm, as the convience out weighs the cost. If you want to change the bushing, then you will need a hydraulic press to remove and install the new part, otherwise you will have to beat the heck out of the bushing to pop it out.

No problem

Initially was going to change the bushing, but what usually happens is the other end is ready to be replaced anyway.

Hello
Im kinda new to this i have a 2006 300 touring that has the same issue. dealer said my lower control arms were shot and need to be replaced. they wanted to charge an arm and a leg to do the work. I found the control arms for about $80. I wanted to know if anyone had any instructions on how to go about replacing them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
