Yes Eric, there is still a rake, and even slightly more pronounced (+ 1/8") than stock.
It is something that Hotchkis addressed when I picked the car up, but they left it to me to decide if I feel it needs to come down more in the rear, plus we wanted to hear feedback from you guys. I like the stock raked look, I think it compliments the bad boy looks of the car in an old-school hot rod sort of way, but I think it could be less pronounced and still maintain that look. I already spoke with Hotchkis when I returned from my weekend away and told them I think the back does need to drop. This is what I alluded to in my first post, as far as my own opinion about the look.

Hotchkis will try another spring as soon as I'm ready to bring it in again.

...I'll try to get some photos posted from a few more angles - need more feedback... pleeze!

Lookin good HEMEE!
I agree with you that the back end could come down a hair. Or stuff some fat tires in there! Thanks for sharing the pics & info.

More feedback on the stance ?

As promised here are a few more angles "after"...

Remember, this set-up is still in the R&D stage so, if you're viewing this, please add your opinion!

Thanks for the feedback PP, definitely needs fatter tires either way... wheels and tires are next, but I'm in no hurry.

i think the rake is a tad too much...and also the front sure looks like its more then an inch drop, but maybe the rake causes that? if i didnt know the numbers on the front/back height i would have said to raise the front slightly and lower the back slightly. but since i do know the numbers and if in fact it is just a 1 inch drop in front, yeah optimum would be to drop the rear a tad, perhaps more in line with the ratio of the stock rake. also, your right pipe looks astray!

back to the hotchkiss, i think overall it looks great and if this is the optimum setting for performance, id consider leaving as is...if performance not really effected or just ever so slightly, perhaps lessening the rake would be in order. i am very interested in doing this, and had been leary of going with the spring kits. ill let you sort things out first though :-)

I'm not a fan of the noticable rake. I have it on B/C with the pro-kit and have been looking for a way to fix it. It doesnt have to be as low as the front but enough so you can't see the top of the tire like on the front. As for Tire mismatch thats not a good idea it can mess up thing's plus you can't rotate them.

Personally I love the rake just as it is now. I'd say keep it that way. You're right about the wheels though.
