I guess I'm in the minority here, but I think the rake looks great just like it is. If it was my car I'd leave it alone. That being said, your instincts made you feel that the rear should come down a hair and since you're driving it and I'm not, i'd say go with your first instinct. Everyone has different ways they like their cars to look and perform and like I said-----IT"S YOUR CAR!!! make it right for you.

I'm with Freak. Id love to see how they sit on 22's. I like the way it sits but would like it to be as low or just lower than eibach. Not loving the rake of the eibach. I understand that the car has a natural rake to it but would like to see it sit even.
Good post Hemeee. Also has anyone determined pricing yet?

Arrow Spec Updates!

LWOOD, as promised, Wes at Hotchkis provided the info you requested as follows:
  • HP Front Coils: 20% stiffer than stock / Spring rate: 280 (Stock 228)
HP Rear Coils: 10% stiffer than stock / Spring rate: 650 (Stock 594)
  • HP Front Sway: Ø 1.375" (Ø 1.056) 30% stiffer than stock
    HP Rear Sway: Ø .750" (Ø .559) 150% stiffer than stock
Also, for those interested in the specs, please note a correction in spec sheet #2 in my first post.
Something about those numbers was buggin' Hubbeee... the decimal conversion on the rear drop was wrong, it's actually just slightly less than an inch... pretty darn close to the front drop rate. Thanks Hubbeee!

I'm actually a little shocked that one of you guys didn't catch that!

Exclamation FOLLOW-UP: 2nd Specs CORRECTION!!!

Hotchkis notified me today that the decimal spec was correct and it was the fractional spec that was off... since all the rest of their measurements were fractions, I ASSumed the decimal was in error. Anyway, it's minor, but it's a matter of facts and we want them to be accurate.

Thanks to the heads up from Wes and Aaron with Hotchkis Performance, I have replaced the documents in post #1 with the CORRECTED specs. per Hotchkis Performance...

....and BTW, for those of you who may not be aware, Tbyrne already stepped up to the plate and has a group buy going!

Oh and, for anyone who may have missed it, here's a fun follow-up showing my car, with the new suspension, on 22's... enjoy!

Hemeee

Hey Linda, I was just curious if Hotchkis had a chance to test the new numbers in skidpad and handling yet?

I know alot of the Dakota guys go with Hotchkis for their trucks ( me included) for the lowered ride height and the better handling it provides.

Thanks

Shawn
