Engine dies upon hard braking

Has anyone experienced this or know of a TSB on the subject? Twice when I have applied the brakes firmly (not very hard braking really) on my 2006 300C the engine died as though it went to too low of an idle. Potentially very dangerous situation as power steering is lost and the vehicle can be stalled in an unfortunate position....road intersection.

Sounds like the fuel pressure isnt up to snuff. Though it never happened to me on this car (2006 SRT8), it did happen on my fuel starved Eagle Talon, I went to a WALBRO 255 High out put fuel pump. You might want to check your dealer to see if anyone else has reported this as well.

Hope this helps

I have a BBC but haven't experienced the concern you've brought up. I beat foot over to the dealership with a quickness because of the safety concerns.
