Caliper or dust shield?
Take a look at your brake calipers. They are held on with 2 bolts. If the top one comes out, the caliper can pivot downward and rub on the rotor. This just happened to me. I guess the dealer didn't get the bolt in tight after the slotted rotor replacement.
Also take a look at the dust shield around the rotor. I had a car that got a rock stuck in there and had similar symptoms.
