Technical Service Bulletins / RecallsThis forum is for the discussion of TSB's (Technical Service Bulletins) and Recalls which involve the Chrysler 300 models.
WELCOME eastpark to 3CF from our West Virginia LXs in the Mid-Ohio River Valley. You should read through the TSB/Recall forum for the tremendous information ResumeSpeed has provided regarding what TSBs apply to what model year cars, etc.
That's the best place to get the information you seek in the shortest amount of time.

Check for worn tension strut bushings. They are covered under warranty. Mine developed a tear which is clearly visible. I have a Aug 2004 built car and both of the tension strut bushings failed after about 39k miles. The pic is the driver side bushing.
The bushings did not cause any noises or obvious handling issues.
I just happened to see the tear.
Where be them? (And yes, I see it in the pic. ) Top of the strut tower? Bottom? Somewhere else?

Here is a picture of the passenger side tension strut.
The bushing looks OK from this view, but the dealer said it was cracking and they replaced both sides.
You should be able to see the bushing without taking the wheel off.
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The vehicle operator notices a loss of airflow from the vents and becomes uncomfortably warm after a long drive in hot and humid weather while operating with the air conditioning on. The A/C evaporator is freezing up. Ice forms on the evaporator and blocks airflow into the cabin.
