I have a contact from Fort Worth TX looking to pull the trigger on a new black Magnum SRT8 with ALL options. Willing to pay MSRP or less, willing to travel anywhere in TX MI or IL.

Well not in those 3 states but he should try Dave Smith Motors in Kellogg Idaho - - #1 Volume Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep dealer and IF they have one he can buy it for $217 over true invoice. They may have one incoming that he can reserve even if they don't have it on the ground yet.
