Nauseating.

These thugs move so fast even a lojack (unless it had the pager alert) wouldn't have helped. They probably watched it a couple of times and knew you wouldn't be back for a while and grabbed it right after you arrived.

My sympathies.

I know exactly how you feel. When I used to live in Miami I had a mint "90" 454SS pickup in mint condition stolen. There they steal 1 out of every 16 vehicles. It was found 5 days later with engine, tranny and wheels & tires missing. Insurance company totaled it.

That SUCKS. Make sure the recovering officer/s dust for latents. At least that would give them a lead if nothing else. Your wheels are unusual enough looking that they might be spotted on a car in the area later. Good luck, and good luck also with the total-out claim if the insurance company can be made to see it your way.

I am really sorry to hear about the theft/chopping of your nice looking 300t. I'm sure you have some pretty intense feelings going on right now. Hopefully, your insurance company will cover everything and make it right for you. I actually took out gap insurance just in case something like this happens to me.

Wishing you the best possible outcome....

Does anyone know the abilities of our alarm? I know it doesn't have shock sensors or probably can't tell if it is being lifted to steal rims. I'm guessing its just a typical alarm that sounds off if a door is opened while enabled...which is crap IMO.

Its not the alarm, thats virtually useless. Its the antitheft. Search term, "SKIS" posted by me. You'll learn more than you ever wanted to know. PKI, RFID, Algoritms, the whole scmear.
