Looking for SRT8 owners in the Dallas area...

More specifically, I am looking for those of you with a Magnaflow exhaust. I would like to hear this so-called 'drone' for myself before I actually take the plunge. Anyone fit that description and feel like giving a fellow SRT8 owner a ride?

I live in the North Dallas Metroplex (Frisco to be exact), but am willing to travel a reasonable distance (i.e. <50 miles) for a chance to hear this exhaust and the infamous drone it is associated with.

The drone only occurs at low speeds and low RPM, between idle and about 1700 rpm on my car. Above 2000 rpm the drone disapears. At 60-80 mph cruise it is as quiet as stock, or seems so. If you take it up to 90 you get a higher pitched whine which can be annoying over distance, but if you go up to 100mph it's quiet again. I was worried about excessive noise when I installed the system because of the refinement of the car, but all in all I am happy with it, particularly at WOT.

I've got a Magnum SRT with the Magnaflow cat back- I'll be at Cruisers in Frisco on Memorial Day (May 29th) at 3pm with a bunch of other LXer's if you'd like to hear mine. PM me and let me know if you can come NLT Sunday evening and I'll save you a parking spot...
