Service Department experiences in D/FW?

I'd like to hear whether you've had any "good" or "bad" experiences with a dealership service department in the D/FW area -- particularly the North Dallas area (I'm in East Plano, so any of the northern suburbs or McKinney are all close by.)

I need to go in for my first "scheduled maintenance" -- I've already done my first oil change at 2,000, since I was going on a long trip; I'm now back and I'm at 4,000, and would like to go in and get the rest done (trans fluid checked, etc.), but I'm not sure which dealer's service department would be my best bet.

Thanks!

- Chuck
