Welcoming all from TX

Well, I will hopefully be an official 300C owner on April 30, 2005. I pre-ordered so far in advance because I'm working overseas and will be back in the States in April.

San Antonio checking in.

Smile Terms of $1000 discount for financing thru Chrysler

I got my silver 300C fully loaded last week. I wanted $1000 discount so I financed thru Chrysler. I wanted to finance the for 2 or 3 years - so I do not have to pay much interest and pay off the loan within a month or two.
But the dealer guy told me that I had to finance for 5 years (so I pay maximum interest for each payment) and I must pay off in 3 months and not earlier than that! I just want to check to find out if these are indeed the manufacturer's rules or the dealers rules to extract maximum benefits?
By the way, my silver 300C with navigation and sound group II, protection grp II, u-connect, Walnut trim, power moon-roof, and Sirius radio is just a beautiful driving experience! Love it!

Your dealer is full of BS.. You can pay it off once you get your first statement. They want you to stay for 3 months because if you don't the dealer is charged back the 1000.00 not you.. My dealer tried to pull this one on me, but once I asked if it was on paper (3 months BS) she (finance dept.) told me what the real deal was.

Rmedina is correct from what I understood too. Apparently, they did have something to where you had to pay on the car for at least 6 months in order to get the $1000 off. Hmmm, so many rumors. Well, I talked with my salesman about 3 weeks ago and he said that I could pay it off as soon as I got to the dealership and could still get the $1000 off.
