Good Service Dept. around Houston...

It may be a smaller dealership and a bit of a drive from Houston itself, but I like Henson Sealy (Sealy, TX).

Friendly, helpful, will listen to you and they get the job done (see my U-Connect solved thread).

Well, just got back from a tire rotation, brake check, oil change, fluid check, etc.

Rental for the day...no issues, car done before I was out of work, interior clean (exterior gross from bug guts this weekend I asked them not to clean...will do it myself).

Again, good place to go!

Well, i wouldnt go to the Jim Archer on 290.. They dicked my wife around, so we bought their car from the dealer in TOmball.. Finnegan.. But i got my limited for 1% below factory invoice, so they didnt help much either.. But i would go back to see what they could do for me if i had a problem..

Talking Check out Ragland in Angelton

Call and ask for Roger. That is the owner's son in law. (Great people to deal with) 800 747 8584 or 979 849 8584 They really bent over backward to get me into my 300c Black Pearl.

Jim Archer on 290 is definetely not the place to go. I went in for an oil change using the service plan I had purchased. They told me they could only use Synthetic on the Hemi and if I came back again they would charge me $35 to change the oil.

I had also stopped in to inquire about a C when I was looking to purchase the car. They wanted $5k over invoice.

Didn't like them then, don't like them now. Worst part is, I have to drive right by them to get to any other dealer, but you bet your a## I do.
