The baby seat is good for 10 rwhp!
I'd say a high 12 is definitely possible, but you are somewhat subject to the density altitude that day...even that close to sea level.
Track prep is everything, but if it is good there is no reason you cannot 60-foot a 1.9 on the RSA's, and from what I have read on LX forums, several people have done it with them on the good east coast tracks. But again, it comes down to the track that day. Sometimes it's day to day.
Icing is huge, throw a cooler in the trunk and pick it up at the gas station...much cheaper there and just for kicks pull fuse 2 and see if it helps - I bet it does. I vote to run your gas down as low as you can, fill up a gas can to carry with you in case you go too low
