Rear End Question?
How can you tell what rear you have in the car?...Mine looks like it is brand new..and its sliver in color...Also i saw a few 06's and the rear covers were black.anyway of knowing what rear is in mine car?..The orignal owner worked for Mercedes and had some things done to this when i bought it..just wondering if he changed out the rear or its new and thats why it looks that way..thanks

Take a pic and post it up, also any tags visible? Does the back cover have any fins on it? If he worked for merc ye may have put an AMG rear cover... They have fins for cooling. I think SteveSrt has one....

Also why the link to LX? We know where that place is... But like it here! Lol.

Thanks guys..i will try tomorrow raining here and ground is really wet to lay under the car..lol..i just found it weird that is has a sliver like cover were i see most have a black rear...got me thinking changed rear...new rear....etc...

Ok i took a few quick shots this morning for all i now its a stock rear with a new cover..the ones ive seen there all black...anyways here you go..
