From what Im seeing, its my understanding that the remote start is no Good?
The Chrysler system is good, IMO.
When installed on the 300 there are two minor glitches. First, after remote start, you will likely get an error message saying "RKE battery low". This refers to the battery in your key. This is bogus and will go away the next time the car is started with the key. Second, the automatic lights will not fuction when remote started. This, however, is easily worked around: there are two steps to transfer control from the remote start system to "you"....1) insert key & turn to "ON" position....2) depress brake pedal. If you add a third step (turn key to crank position....don't worry it will not try engage the starter) the automatic lights will function.
When installed on any Chrysler product, the tilt switch is suspect. I have two. Most of the times they work. It is aggravating when they don't. I have grounded the wire and bypassed the tilt switch. Now, the remote start systems works everytime. The problem is I have disabled a safety feature (now, when the hood is open the remote start is not disabled).
I knew of the defect (tilt switch) when I purchased a second unit for my PT.....I just think Chrysler should give me replacement switches....especially for the unit I purchased months after the TSB came out (I wish I had known of the TSB when I made the second purchase....if it had been discussed?) ....if they won't, I'll just leave the suckers bypassed.

Now that I think about it, the kit should have a one year warranty, if you are within that time frame, and you bought it from an authorized dealer, DC should replace the switches no questions asked. I'll dig around and see if I can find any more info on why some of the switches are still failing.

The tilt switch problem is mentioned by a lot of owners.....percentage wise? I don't know.....I'm suspect many people aren't aware any malfunction is probably related to the tilt switch and can be fixed via a simple bypass or replacement.

That's the big question. I have no clue if the TSB failure (see link I posted in previous posting) is isolated or commonplace, that is what ResumeSpeed is going to investigate.
I have had a problem with my 300C pulling to the right. Dealer has pushed allignment of right front tire out of spec. to offset it.
I've been told there's an Internal TSB on the problem and I need to insist the dealer locate and apply it to fix the problem.
Does anyone know of " Internal TSB's "
Any help would be appreciated. I love my 300C, but this steering problem is driving me nuts.

The other day I pulled into a friends shop, its a old jiffy lube, It great cuz I can pull into there and go under ground and work on my car.
When I got under there there was alot of drips of water I assume a/c condensation all over my trannie and dripping off, This cant be a good thing?, Anyone else experience this itsa a 06 300c also there seems to be a lot of humidity in the car itself, like to the point were I turn on the defrost to clear the windshield.
