Trouble opening tsb.pdf on my computer

I'm having trouble opening the .pdf files that the technical service bulletins supposedly are on my home computer. I try open in new window and have no success, if I download them and save them they still won't open. Can anyone help?

Eric

Sure, download the free Adobe Acrobat reader here:

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Might want to uncheck the extras such as Google Toolbar and Adobe PhotoElements LE or whatever they bundle. Reboot when done and you can open those PDFs.

Another alternative here is free for home use and allows you to make PDF's too...

http://www.cutepdf.com/

Hope either helps!

What happens when you try to open the downloaded file?
Do you get an error message?

Mr. Happy, just wanted to say thanks. Everything downloads fine with the new Adobe.
