i went in for service yesterday and asked about 10/03/06 … 0506 .. #21-012-06b .. Flash: 1-2 Upshift Shudder or Rough Shift (2.7L and 3.7L only) .. (3MR)
. and if they could do the flash for me. my service guy said sure have so and so do it while i get my new tires. so i told the guy about it and he said sure but thats gonna b 89.99 lol. so im wondering if i should pay it or not because my service guy always does the flashes for me no problem but this other guy is telling me i have to pay because im at 55k miles. tho 55k is still under my warranty.

A TSB would be covered if still under the factory warranty. What type of extended warranty do you have?, you may or may not be covered depending on what type it is and what is covered or not.

on '05's the factory warranty was 3yr / 36,000 miles "bumper to bumper" (excluding wear items like brakes) and 7yr / 70,000 mile POWERTRAIN warranty. "Powertrain" includes The engine, transmission, & differential (internally lubricated parts) but not the electronics and accessories assiciated with those. You are out of warranty on everything but the actual powertrain components unless you bought an extended warranty.
