Angry interior/exterior flickering

A few days ago my interior/exterior lights on my 2005 chrysler 300 touring started flickering. Thats my headlights, taillights, and interior lights, such as my instrument panel. I took it to the dealership to get it starscanned and i thought everything was alright, but later on it started to happen again. I took out the HID bulbs and kit and it still did it with the factory bulbs. I had the HID's in there for about 6 months and never a problem. I am now starting to think that it is my knob for the lights. Does anyone know how to get behind there and look?

Now if it is still happening do you think they need to do it again and if they do it again should it be free this time. I paid $89.00 to have the starscan done. Oh and if you think it could be something else please let me know.

I had the same problem with flickering lights on my 05 300c. I work for Chrysler. The dealer did the following to try and solve the problem. Change engine controller which controls voltages...no luck. changed Instrument panel cluster....no luck...changed headlight switch....no luck. I have a friend that is an engineer and he took the car to Aubun Hills Mich....to Engineering garage and they had it for a week......Conclusion ....Battery in trunk...causing voltage drop...nothing to be concerned about....some folks in engineering think the battery should be moved to the Engine compartment. My lights only fickered at 1500 rpm

Others here on the forum have pushed in all the fuses and relays in the engine compartment and the trunk (nexted to the battery).
Also check your battery connections.
