Update :

Had the work done on my 300
I had to wait to get it done because it was going to take more them a day
we arranged to have the car dropped off
it was going to be but one day repair
But it seems that some never read the work order
when I got to the dealership later that day
they told me that it was going to cost me 160.00 for do a fuel system cleaning ???
And of course the service department was closed for the day
they had call my wife and explained they did not realize that there was a TSR on this issue
After refusing to pay
I went home looked up article in this tread printed it out

and showed them this

they remove the charge
they now arranged for a rental car and setup another appointment

The next week the work of removing the heads was done and the cleaning was done
as well they changed the oil plug in Transmission as well ( seems this is and issue as well)
but again I thought it was part on the idle issue so when it was not get a jump off the line I thought it was the engine problem

Well since this work was done I had forgot how quick off the line the 300 was again ( nice to have everything running up to par again )

sorry for the long delay in replying back

But everything at this point is running well again

Was your car still under MFR warranty? I'm wondering if this work would be covered under an extended warranty as my initial 3yr has expired.

Yes it was still under MFR warranty
only 25000 km when the issue appeared
But I don't see if one shows them the article ( its a known issue)

I did find this at end of TSR
POLICY:
Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty.

Did this problem happen before you initial 3yr has expired.
If it has then there could be a case
