TSB For Front Facia Fit?

Since the rear fascia TSB became an issue and Jerry M. came up with "the" fix I have become aware of all of the car's seams. Low and behold the fascia below the headlights on my car is worse than the rear fascia problem. Has anyone had this problem and is there a similar solution to the one Jerry M. came up with?

Yours is the first I've heard about in 2 1/2 years to the best of my knowledge. The rear was common, but never the front. It would help a lot if you'd post a pic. Damn, maybe some of us have it and just never noticed it. One thing for sure there's no TSB for it.

The front fascia gaps have been rarely mentioned. Here is my car's gap,
and the gap specs. The dealer should fix the gaps under warranty if they exceed the specs.

Mine looks like Joey's or maybe a little wider gap. It may or may not meet specs (I'll measure it and see) but with the gap not existing by the wheel well, any gap near the headlamp look huge!

Somebody cleverer than me needs to get "into" the fender and see what can be done similar to the rear "fix."

That does look bad, I found many gaps and unacceptable rattles in the car, I wonder with their days of orders for this car maybe this is a problem with manufacturing cars too fast for the workers to handle. Also I've noticed you don't have the headlight washers on your bumper is that an option that I have on my 300C or is your car specific for the US market? by the way I'm in Canada.

I don't like the gap between the headlights and bumper facia.
