Rapid Response? 07-26? Huh?

I got a call from the dealership saying that there is a Rapid Response #07-26 out for my 07 CSRT8. Something about coolant? The dealer I got the car from is in Connecticut and since I'm from New York I am taking it to a local dealer but the local dealer has no clue what I'm talking about. I made an appointment to take it there anyway. What does this mean? What is the deal?

RR #07-26 addresses the "coolant gunk" issue that many (but not all) owners have experienced. There are quite a few threads discussing the issue. Below is a link to a PDF file which you can print out to show your dealer.
