TSB Vs Warranty

What is the difference between a TSB and Warranty repair? Does a TSB last forever, beyond the warranty or are they tied together? I have the "vibration in the steering wheel spring while cold" condition, but Im past the regular warranty period. Any advice would be much appreciated

Now that your warranty has expired I think the TSB won't help you other than to provide corective fixes for problems. TSB's are not like Recalls.

TSB's are "Technical Service Bullitens" and are used by the dealer to identify if there are any fixes for problems with your car when you bring it in for a specific problem.

Rambit you are exactly correct. I wish other people would figure that out. It is simply to assist technician and applies to all manufactures

But aren't TSB's created because so MANY people have had that issue? Man, darn near every TSB that comes out for my '05 300C I seem to recognize that issue... Not good. I'm on my 5th page for repairs at my dealership... The other day I brought it in for an oil change at a different dealership and they about crapped their pants! Chrysler was supposed to buy it back but they never did... They instead want me to bring it in every single month for repairs... They wouldn't even extend the warranty for free...

One unhappy 300C owner! Still love the power though, but that even seems to be fading...
