You are exactly right - they replaced them with the same tires and it was the same ol' song and dance.

If you love your car, the way I love my car, do yourself a favor, take the lick, replace the tires and drive on! I'm really glad I did!

i would try to have them replace the tires atleast once too see if it improves. If not then buy tires yourself. At the very least you can put those tires on when you want to get rid of the car or use them for burnouts and drifting, thats what i do with the contentals.

My SRT has a shimmer but it comes on at about 60mph and goes away after 80mph, I know its the tires but I also know there is no need trying to get Chrysler/ GY to pay for it unless I want a lot more frustration in my life. I have come to the conclusion that if you are going to own Chrysler vehicles get ready to do a lot of dealer warrantied maint yourself. Thats ok for those who are use to Chyrsler, Dodge and Jeeps being inferior but for me its just more than I care to put up with in a 40K car. Like the old saying goes "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." Chrysler will never fool me again. I am selling mine as soon as I can at a loss, I dont care. I just want out of this circle of "we cant duplicate it", "we cant fix it", or "we dont want your business" BS they keep pushing on there customers. I hope this company is dissolved and I hope it happens quickly.
For what it is worth I had many problems in the past with new Cadillacs and Lincolns. Fortunately my son is an attorney and I would CC him letters to the dealerships. He never actually got involved but I did get one Cadillac taken back with a full refund of my purchase...I then bought a Lincoln which had numerous problems....had to use the letter routine one time to get the Dealership's attention on a warrantee issue...Dumped the Lincoln after the Warrantee expired and bought my 300C with 5200 miles on it. It seems as though every make of "luxury" car in the past ten years has problems...

I dont consider the 300 to be a luxury car. The interior is to cheap even in the SRT. Fake leather and suede are not staples of luxury. This is just a large sedan with a luxury look on the outside. If you look just underneath the skin its just an imitation luxury car. I mean it serves the need of those who like plane jane interiors, but to me this car is a dissappointment at 30-50K.

Yeah but this is a tire issue not really the car, it just seems like no one wants to take responsibility for their products

I am curious as to what new car you are considering. After your post I thoroughly looked thru my interior and found it to be be at the very least quite well appointed....I like the adjustable pedal settings, steering wheel that telescopes in and out as well as moving up and down...navigation system seems fine...Boston stereo system serves my Purposes. Leather seems to be fine...(heated seats are nice)...moon roof works without any problems...dark wood interior trim is nice...I have never used the satellite radio. Are looking to go to Mercedes/BMW/Lexus?
