The dealer said "there is no flash for my 2005 300C that fixes the A/C issue"
What does this mean?

Do they "think" the flash does not apply to your car?
or
They couldn't find/download the flash?

2 questions

- do dealerships do this flash for free?
- the strut issue you mentioned joey is that also covered under warrenty?

i have an 05 300c that still has powertrain warrenty and corrosion as far as i know. im sure my bumper to bumper is done.

Flashes are covered under warranty if the dealer determines the flash will fix your car, and your car is under warranty, then the dealer will flash for free. If you just walk in and ask the dealer to flash your TCM or PCM cause you feel like it, they will probably charge you, even if your car is still in warranty.
I was able to get my dealer to flash my TCM because I complained about the shifting/bogging. So you probably need to complain about something to get the dealer to consider a free flash.

The torn tension strut bushing is defiantly a warranty repair. All bushings are covered under warranty.

Thanks for the info joey but which part of the warrenty? Bumper to bumper? or is this a special warrenty issued by chrysler for that part? Because i think my powertrain or corrosion will cover .

Eastpark's AC problem is covered under the Basic Limited Warranty, not the powertrain.

parts; torque converter; drive/flex plate; transmission
range switch; transmission control module; bell
housing; oil pan; seals and gaskets for listed
components only.
NOTE: MANUAL TRANSMISSION CLUTCH PARTS
ARE NOT COVERED AT ANY TIME.
Front Wheel Drive: transaxle case and all internal
parts; axle shaft assemblies; constant velocity joints
and boots; differential cover; oil pan; transaxle speed
sensors; transaxle solenoid assembly; PRNDL position
switch; transaxle electronic controller; torque converter;
seals and gaskets for listed components only.
NOTE: MANUAL TRANSMISSION CLUTCH
PARTS ARE NOT COVERED AT ANY TIME.

All Wheel Drive (AWD): power transfer unit and all

I had the same issue. 05 300c. I never had it serviced but I keep the temp at a reasonable temp. It occured when I had the temp set VERY low and left it there. The evaporator froze up and I had no air flow. Did not know there was a TSB for this!
