Stalling after tune

I just got my intune over the weekend and did the 91 cai tune.
Car runs excellent, but...the car is stalling while driving. It did it tonight and threw a code, P0340 cam sensor and a network code. I did replace the cam sensor a while ago, related to hard starting.
The car has never done this before. Related to the tune?

Any idiot can build it strong, it's an engineers job to build it light.

One way to check is reset the codes with the InTune, then return to stock and drive it. See if the codes return. If not, then the tune might be the issue.

On two separate occasions I had to reload DSP tunes on cars three times before they would run right. It's like it missed a step or had a small hiccup while loading a tune. Rough running, DTC's and lots of bong bong bong from the chimes after the tune was supposed to be loaded.

Try reloading the tune. It might take a couple more times.
