What I'm saying is that my diag tool being Italian is that it's part of the FIAT group,so anything Italian gets the top updates first and as the C is badged as a Lancia over there so it gets top updates, the list on my diag tool for the C is massive, when I first had this tool (well the previous one) it didnt list much for the C but now it can do most things except wipe its @rse.....lol

It was freezing !!

Will let have Chrysler have a stab at it! But reading the forums it seems that Chrysler are useless in finding p0300 code issue. There has been a TSB 09-010-06 on carbon buildup which prevents the valves rotating and they have designed new springs and recommend carbon cleaner

http://oskin.ru/pub/chrysler-dodge/m...isfire.pdf.pdf

OTHERWISE LONG ( ) LIST OF
"P0300 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Faulty spark plugs or wires
Faulty coil (pack)
Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
Faulty fuel injector(s)
Burned exhaust valve
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Stuck/blocked EGR valve / passages
Faulty camshaft position sensor
Defective computer
Possible Solutions
If there are no symptoms, the simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back.
If there are symptoms such as the engine is stumbling or hesitating, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the cylinders (i.e. spark plugs). Depending on how long the ignition components have been in the car, it may be a good idea to replace them as part of your regular maintenance schedule. I would suggest spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor (if applicable). Otherwise, check the coils (a.k.a. coil packs). In some cases, the catalytic converter has gone bad. If you smell rotten eggs in the exhaust, your cat converter needs to be replaced. I've also heard in other cases the problems were faulty fuel injectors.
Random misfires that jump around from one cylinder to another (read: P030x codes) also will set a P0300 code. The underlying cause is often a lean fuel condition, which may be due to a vacuum leak in the intake manifold or unmetered air getting past the airflow sensor, or an EGR valve that is stuck open".

I did say you may have an intake leak somewhere, it's not the coil packs as the motor was running smooth and if was a a coil pack my pooter would have picked it up as an individual cylinder misfire and I did mention that the lpg may need richening up bit as I know jack sh1t about LPG that was a professional guess... lol

Right revisiting this again!

Not done anything on this and have put another 30000 miles on the clock. Get the rough idle when stationary setting off a P0300 (and P0303 once).

Problem is probably carbon build up preventing the valves from rotating which is this engines main problem. See

Misfire Diagnosis Chrysler 3.5L V6

If this helps..(will find out during this week)..do you think a terraclean would do a better job in cleaning the valves and springs? Does this terraclean remove all carbon or is it a gimmick?

Also going to replace the 4 plug n play O2 sensors as the car has done over 141k.

Otherwise, any idea of the costs of rotating the valves with the newly designed springs.

cheers
