Next Car after 300c

Right...

Have had the 300c for 3 years now and getting the 3 year itch for something new....

Been looking around and don't want Audi, Merc or BMW

want something different and with presence !

Any recommendations....don't like the MK2 300c as it looks to Mercy like.

Can't pick one for ya. There are a lot of good cars out there. I tend to buy based on what I need in a vehicle, then I try to find the one that appeals to me most.

Honestly, the Audio A5 is a great looking car, IMHO and merits a close look.

I'm in the process of looking now, the A5 spec is good but its boring like the rest of the Audi's, BMW and Merc are also a bit boring to look at, I do like the Jag XF but unless its the Portfolio one the rest don't look much.

I'm hoping for the Limited S Jeep Cherokee which looks good and has all the kit you need, if I carn't get that and even though I said I wouldn't have one it will be the new 300, the prices have dropped so much that there now a bargain, it would need some work to get it looking good but it will give me something to spend my money on.

It's hard finding a car that looks as good as my current 300.

Go for the 2011 touring, either the Lux or the SRT

I wish, when they lower the price of petrol I'll have one, I guess that's going to be never then.

As one who has changed cars like shirts, in the past ( http://www.300cforums.com/forums/gen...ght=cars+owned ), I can't believe that I am now in the 7th year with my beast!

Yeah - I get the urge to change, every now and then, but every car I can afford and get interested in, just can't match my 300 for styling, road presence, performance and handling . . . including the brand new Merc E Class I drove for 2 weeks recently in England.

You could do what I did - upgrade your CRD to an SRT8 - Lots of bargains about and the running costs would be offset against the depreciation on a newer merc/audi/bmw. You won't regret it!
