Right. Then, get a new belly pan, as the regular 300/300C belly pan will
not hook up to the SRT bumper.

Oh, and then get the inner wheel wells also, as the regular 300/300C
wheel wells are slightly different also.

Then, take it to a place to have it painted and clear coated for about
an additional $150.00 or more.

Then, make sure you don't want the chrome bumper inserts, as the SRT
bumper has no way of mounting those on either.

By the time you are done with all of that, you will easily have paid alot
more than just this lip, which already comes painted and ready to install on
any 300/300C.

The VIP lip is not cheap. But you get what you pay for. There are now
litterally hundreds of people on this forum that have installed them, and
there is not a single complaint posted yet about it. Just great reviews
about a fantastic product, from a vendor who has excellent customer
service.

i dont like the look of having 2 holes/air ducts on the bottom, one from the bumper itself and one from the lip

i always thought that the srt8 bumper was a direct fit...

If he goes that route he'll need headlights too.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that when you have a Base/Touring/Limited
version.

Those alone will set you back a few bucks!!

It will "fit", but you have to buy a boat load of other things to make it
work properly for a car that was not set-up to have it there in the first
place.

If you want the most cost efficient way to do it, the front lip is the way
to go.

If you want to hunt down the items to do a complete front end swap, you
will be out alot more money than you think, as well as your time.

There are people on this site that have done it, and they posted what it
cost them, plus their time, plus the items needed, and they still did not
have a way to put the chrome pieces on, so they ended up getting a rear
fascia for an SRT so it would match the front.

You don't want a chrome rear bumper and a painted front one. That would
just look bad, not to mention it would give the car a half finished look.

In the end, it ended up costing them WAY more than the cost of the
front lip spoiler alone.

But you need to do what is best for you.

Jim
