Im looking to buy some wheels and just called up superbuytires, has anybody bought wheels from them?

I was quoted gianelle mass 8's (staggered) or tis o7's (not stag-says they dont come stag) and tires for $3200, does that sound like a good price?

Just wanted to go over this with u guys since i dont no to much about price range..and also any other suggestions for places to get quotes would be much appreciated!

Hey BB,
Sorry I can't help you with info on the price as I'm in Australia but if you end up getting the Mass 8's please post some pics. They're a great looking wheel.

BTW what's a 300g?

Cheers
Sean

Although I don't know much about the prices of 22's, I know you can get OEM 20's (SRT8) for about $1200/set which is what I just did, and I see someone is selling their 22's (not familiar with the name or design of the particular rims themselves) for $1600 on Buy/Sell.

I paid $205 for each of my 245/45x20 Goodyear RS-A's including shipping/mounting/balancing, so including the SRT8 rims I am into my specific setup slightly over $2000 total, drive away price.

If you don't need ultimate performance and are simply going for a "look", then something like Kumho Ecsta's in 285/30x22 are $242 from Tire Rack, so going with the lowest prices possible for a complete set:

$1600 for a set of 22 wheels (using the set on Buy/Sell as an example)

plus

$968 for a set of Kumho's

would set you back $2568 already. That is not counting the shipping/mounting/balancing so I guess the SuperBuyTires' deal sounds quite reasonable depending on what kind of tires and if that is a mounted/balanced price plus (or including) shipping, etc.

Of course it also depends on what style of wheels they are, as opposed to what the set on Buy/Sell is, and whether you like a particular spoke pattern or wheel design, etc., which can be very subjective.

But all this typing just made me realize that the $2000+ I just spent on my own wheels/tires was one heckuva deal...which is why I'm practically giving away my original set of wheels and tires to somebody...

I bought my wheels from superbuy. I was able to talk them down a little on price also. I had them within 2 weeks or less from the day I ordered them. My only issue is that they sent me the 114 bolt pattern instead of the 115. I havent had any problems tho.

Ayo Bun B superbuy tends to over price the quoted me $3600 plus on some 22inch D'Vinci Ragnos with the black inserts with tires, I ended up buying the same rims from VictoriaTire.com for $2000 and got some nice Perelli tires from Tirerack.com for $179 each. You do the math..... if you go with Victoria Tire ask for Richard. Good luck

if you can get gianelle staggered wheels and tires for 3200 you better do it, thats a steal

3200 for tis 07s are a rip off, i wouldnt pay anymore than 2500 to 2750 for those
