300hemi I have 255/45/20 the offset is 40mm flush with the fenders they do not stick out. I assume the 265/35/22 with 35mm offset are close since you have 35 vs my 45

hey xs... I would go with cirob's #s (even though he's running 20s). Here is a link to a tire calculator: http://www.net-comber.com/tirecalc.html

I think 300hemi's choice may be a little too wide. 300hemi, let us know how they fit once you get them (especially at bumps in road, etc).

With these AWDs, its a whole different ballgame in rim/tire selection...with not a lot of choices. The higher offset (38-42) is preferred. Also, you don't want to have to use spacers after the fact.

You may also want to PM BigBob (in NY) or CharlieD (in Boston) who both also have AWDs and have already upgraded rims/tires.

Like the old carpenter's saying: measure three times before cutting (committing)! Good luck! I'm still looking! Also, my friend, who's a service manager, suggests getting the computer blipped after the change for accuracy (even though your upgrade should be close to the original diameter).
