Rim Question

I've got a 2005 RWD 300C still completly OEM. I found a set of rims on Ebay (I know..be careful) and was hoping the experts here could give me a little guidance. Here is the ebay link:

Verde Spayde Rims

The info in the auction says these will fit most FWD and RWD vehicles but I'm wondering with our offset of 5X115 if these truly will work. A little Googling on this particular rim states it is a FWD offset rim so I'm guessing I'd have to get an offset adaptor to make them work on the RWD 300C. Also, what is the consensus on Verde rims?

Sorry for the newbie questions. Offsets, hub sizes and bolt patterns are new words in my language.
