Cleaning chrome rims

hey guys, I have a problem with cleaning my chrome 22s, what is the best way to do so? I clean them pretty well with soupy water and then rinse. but I get really bad water spots after.

any suggestions would be appreciated

If your using soupy water, that may be the problem. I would suggest a very light detergent & water, to clean them. Then if you need to do any more work on them, the turtle wax chrome cleaner, works quite well.

if they have dirt from rain then use any soap and a brush on them then use any chrome cleaner..I use Meguiars Chrome Cleaner..but if you just want to shine them up then just use the chrome cleaner

I use soap and water and clean up after with "Windex". I have tried other glass cleaners, but they simply do not work well. For tough cleaning I will use Turtle Wax chrome cleaner followed by the Windex.

Windex works great for me, I also have Turtle Wax chrome cleaner. And do you dry your rims ? I use 2 get water spots so i would dry the car and take the car around the block and accelerate quick from the stop signs. Spins the water off and is hella fun to chirp with the traction control on.
