Talking 20" wheels and Tires

I want to buy some 20 inchers, NOT 22's!

I love to drive, and while the 22's look absolutely stunning, I am not willing to give up handling and performance. Can owners with 20" rims on their cars post pics of them and share their experiences. It is hard to select a wheel from a catalog, so please post pics of the wheels on your car.

Please add a few comments like:
- How many miles you have on them
- Where you bought them, would you reccomend
- How they fit, any problems
- How is ride and handling
- total weight if you happen to know this
- Bolt pattern, is it 115?

Thanks Mucho, Jeff

See sig.

If you don't plan on lowering your car, 20s are the only way to go as they won't look as ridiculous w/high-ridin' 22s.

However, the car will look MUCH better lowered. Out clubbin' last night and I must have seen five 300c w/grille and 22s. However NONE of them were lowered! They looked so lame IMHO.

20 x 9 Goodyear F1 supercar tires (245/45 ZR20) mounted on Zinik Mazotti Z12 rims Black spoke with 3.5 " polished lip.

Once the KW V2's are installed car will be 1.5" lower.

Couple of shots of car at various stages of mods--trying to show the lip on the wheels

Teahead, your car looks nice from the pic, ubt it is hart to geat a good feel, do you have any more larger pic's? Did you lower your car? How is the handling and ride effected?

ChasB, thanks for the pics, the wheels look sweet, black on Black, really nice. I wish my car was black or silver!

My impressions before the KW's -

- How many miles you have on them
4000

- Where you bought them, would you recommend
Forge-Tec is the manufacturer.
http://www.mc2ning.com/
I bought them from MoparSuperCenter, a site sponsor.
Wheels came in mint condition. I would definitely buy again from MoparSuperCenter

- How they fit, any problems
They fit perfect, no shimmy/vibrations.

- How is ride and handling
The ride is slightly firmer than stock 18" Conti self sealers.
But the handling is much improved.
Also, cabin shock from bumps and pot holes was reduced.

- total weight if you happen to know this
Rims are forged and weigh 24lbs, same as stock 18" rims.
Toyo Proxie Tires are 255/45 33lbs, 2lbs more than stock 225/60/18
The tires come with the rims.
245/45 tires weigh 31lbs, same as stock Conti's/

- Bolt pattern, is it 115?
Bolt pattern is 115, offset is 18.
