Which do you like?
Remember it's to please you the most 1st, not us.
Congrats on the newborn!
I have 20 x 9 with 245/45ZR20 all around on Goodyear F1 supercars
(Ignore the '66 Chevy Impala Supersport convertible under the cover in the background.)

E55 KEV is right. a 275/40/R20 in the rear will be nearly identical in diameter to keep your speedometer accurate. The diameter difference is 0.14% bigger than stock, if you have the 225/60/R18's. At 60mph actual speed, your speedo will display 59.9. Go for it!
