US Wheel: New Designs for the LX's

Hey everybody. As some of you know I am a beta tester and design imput for US Wheel. My contact sent me there new designs that will be on display at this years SEMA show. If you are at SEMA, make sure you stop by the US Wheel booth and have a look for yourself. The US Wheel booth # is 42237 at the SEMA show. Here is a little preview. The pictures are not in color and will not do the wheels near the justice they deserve.

Wheel A: I wanted them to make a wheel similar in design of the Intro Forged wheel. It is popular with the LX owners.

Wheels B,C,D,E,F,G Are there newest designs.

Wheel G is the one I worked with them on. It is a variation of USW's, Bonspeed Laguna wheel (click this link to see the Bonspeed Laguna). http://www.uswheel.com/bonspeed/imag...Laguna_Red.jpg

Wheel G will be called Laguna II but in a Forged and under there USW name.

Wheels H,I,J are still on the drawing board.

Wheel K is the current wheel on FreebirdSRT.

My contact told me they are trying to update there site so when that is done. I will post a link in this thread so you can look at the wheels in color.

[quote=pmpn8ez]I like the new D, E and F designs......
Wait until you see them in color. D is all one color. E the spokes are chrome and the side of the bars are painted. F is a 20 bar as well but with each bar having a recessed area. My contact told me that the West Coast Customs Black 300 Convertible (that has been posted here many times) has now been sold to a customer Down Under (our Aussie members keep your eyes open for the WCC 300 rag top). The owner of WCC had Wheel F, by USW, sent down under to be on the rag top. The centers were painted all black to match the black rag top.

Can I be a gamma or delta tester?????? LOL,

A is pretty sick too....That design looks very good on a 300.

Any word on the weight of these wheels in 22's vs. stockers......From me switching between the OEM 20" SRT wheels and my USW 22" wheels they are pretty close right now. The weight issue is something I am going to be discussing with them at SEMA. When we all have a chance to sit down in person.

The " H " style really appeals to me! I'll be happy to take them off your hands (uh, car) once again.

Thanks for sharing, Free.

Bruno Dude:
I think you mean letter K. The letters are at the bottom of the wheel, not the top. If you mean the wheels that are on FB? If I get rid of them, they have already been promised to another member, since Spring Fling. Plus since I am having the black centers painted in Silver Steel right now. You would have to have them painted black or silver again. The member who I promised them to has a Silver Steel as well.

srt8guy:
I have been all over USW to post a link, pictures, prices, sizes, etc., on there site. Plus a way to order/get them. What I will be discussing with USW at SEMA.

sdcarguy:
Same as what I wrote for srt8guy.

crhemi:
The weight will be a big topic for me to discuss with them. I want them to work on all there 20" weighing less than the OEM SRT 20" wheel. As well as getting the 22" weight down some more close to OEM 20" weight. Plus ensuring the off-sets are going to be available in aftermarket Big Brake Kits as well, not the OEM Brembo's we have now. The current USW fits with the SRT brembo.
