Kind of a noob 22 inch wheel question help please

Im a very aggressive driver and i about to purchase some 22inch rims and tires now i know i been on this forum for a long time i could have just searched and searched and crossed referenced and came up with an answer but that would have took weeks because it over a 150 pages of data, so this is what i need please help if you can. I need to know whats the best tire with the most tread because i drive so heavy and what 22" rim width to get(9", 9.5", 8.5" if that exist) and what offset would be best. I looked and alot of people are running different setups so i need to know is there any 22" where you can get at least a 40 series tire hopefully bigger but i doubt it. and what is best for the offset with the biggest tire and i have stock suspension. Thanks if anyone can help.

Continental ContiSport Contact 2 if your drive aggressive , so do i and whoa awsom tires wayyyy better then the pirellis and you shouldent have any problems with just a 35 series tires and you can get wider tires in the back but then you loose rotation, so its better to stick with the same size all around unless you really want wider in the back, but you can go 265 or 275 all around or 265 - 275 in the front and as big as 305 in the back.....

i got 265.30.22 all 4 on my 22x9.5s

I'm sure 40's would fit if you haven't lowered it that much. My 35's would come pretty close to rubbing every time I went up a curb when I had Eibachs though. I have 265/35/22 Hankook Ventus II's and beleive me, I drive hard with no tire problems other then normal wear and tear. Purchased the originals about a year and a half ago and just replaced my fronts yesterday. about 45,000 miles later.

To be even close to stock ride height, you would need to use a 235/40R22, if you wanted a 40 series tire. Only problem is, there is no such thing.
The closest 40 series tire would be a 265/40R22, and that is 5.67% bigger than your factory 225/60R18. WAY TOO BIG, this will mess up your ABS, traction control, and transmission. STAY AWAY!!!

I agree. Use the the same performance tire setup as the SRT8 on a 20x8.5 rim:

245/45/20 front
255/45/20 rear (optional)
