Nitrogen filled tires in San Diego area?

Where can I get my tires filled with NITROGEN in the San Diego or prefferably in the San Marcos/Econdido area? And what does it cost?

Thanks..

The air we breath is made up of 78%nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and 1% other inert gases.
By running only Nitrogen in the tires some of the benefits include slower leak out times. All tires leak air in small amounts but with Nitrogen the time is decreased 3 to 4 times.

Another benefit is Nitrogen doesn't hold moisture so there will be no condensation on the inside of the tire causing your rim to rust.

Nitrogen is not affected as much by temperature change as air. So your tire pressure will not fluctuate as much. Meaning more even tire wear and a more consistent ride.

Hope this helps

All sounds pretty good, im happy there was no mention of performance. I remember once reading a thread on the advantages of filling with Nitrogen and somebody suggested faster track times? Sounded ridiculous. Either way go for it!

Chrysler service department here has nitrogen, they inflated it to my requested pressure, 34 lbs for the (sigh) Conti Self Seal.

The cost was $18 for five, all four on the car, plus the mini spare.

They will top it off as needed free of charge.

I think many tire shops now have nitrogen machines, and their prices should be in the 15 - 25 dollar range. (Check on free top offs.)
